Every Admire Age order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If a product isn't right for your skin, email us at team@admireage.com within 30 days of the date your order was delivered and we'll refund the cost of your products. Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable.
Because our products are personal care items, you do not need to send back an opened or partially used product to receive a refund. Just include your order number and a quick note about what didn't work for you — that feedback helps us improve.
Once we confirm your request, your refund is issued to the original payment method, typically within 10 business days. Refunds cover the cost of the products only and exclude any shipping charges. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at team@admireage.com.
In most cases no return is required. If we do ask you to send an item back — for example, an unopened product from a multi-item order — you are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping, and return shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns are sent to: Admire Age, 71 Preston Drive, Cranston, RI 02910. Please don't ship anything back without contacting us first.
Once an order has been placed, we're unable to make changes or cancel it. We encourage customers to carefully review their order details before completing checkout.
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can make it right with a replacement or refund.
If you'd rather try a different product — for example, swapping a scented cream for the unscented version — email us at team@admireage.com and we'll arrange the exchange.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
In addition to our 30-day guarantee, if your order is shipped into the European Union you have the statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
